After several years working as a photographer, I decided to take up filmmaking. I worked on personal projects and apart from documentary films commissioned by China General Television Network (CGTN) followed. These documentaries sent me through small tons and villages in India.
Bitter Skin
A collaboration with contemporary dancer Margot Bareyt. I worked with Chhandak Pradhan, to produce a piece that expresses the anguish and pain emerging from violence and emotional abuse in an intimate relationship.
When the Ice Melts
What will the villagers do when the climate changes in the high reaches of the Himalayas? And how does that impact the lives of people living in the plains? An engineer comes forth with a solution, but will it be enough?
